Sneak Peek: MAC Cosmetics Barbie collection #2

Here are pictures of the upcoming MAC Cosmetics collection inspired by Barbie - yes the doll! All pictures are courtesy of Erika of Makeupbag.net and I thank her for letting me use them, and for the information she has shared.

MAC Barbie collection

So apparently Barbie is now all grown up and she uses M.A.C Cosmetics. Pink being Barbie's signature colour, you can expect a lot of it in this collection.

Here are 2 looks created using the Barbie collection. Done on humans, no dolls were harmed in the process.

The dolls... I mean MAC collection is expected out in February 2007 in the USA and I'm not sure when it will appear on our shores. Expect a frenzy when it comes out and for collectors to grab everything in store. So remember to reserve or be at the stores early and everything is Limited Edition.

On a personal note, I think MAC has outdone itself this time for tackiness. They have been recycling their limited edition colours so much, with different names in various collections, that its getting old. I'm no MAC fan, but I'm sure for MAC fans this will appeal to the collector and little girl in them. Don't forget the doll too!
