One of the worst gifts you can get anyone, except for a die hard football fan, is soccer socks. I know about this supplement and that supplement for vitamins, for health but I'm not sure what hgh supplements are. Worth knowing I guess. I don't take any myself. I count myself lucky not to have body acne. Its bad enough battling acne on your face much less on your body! Some people say that using a body wash with antibacterial properties helps them. I wonder why people take pills indiscriminately and then ask for help after their vital organs start failing because their bodies cannot process the poisons in certain pills. If they would just take the trouble to learn more they would have less problems and suffer less too!This is the reason why I don't take any pills indiscriminately. Whether it be supplements or otherwise, I'm one big sceptic.

I read online about people using hemorrhoid cream on their face. Ostensibly, this reduces wrinkles. I think the idea is because it shrinks blood vessels and thus pulls skin taut. Or wait. Ok here's another way to lose weight apparently - colon cleanse. The story is that our colons do so much cleansing of our bodies that like sinks or drains they too get clogged and so we should cleanse them. Like Indah Water. Teeth whitening started as a fad in Hollywood but it seems to be now the norm. I have teeth with a yellow tint which is natural according to my dentist.
